ECUHELP KT200 is able to read/write Bosch ME9.6.2 by OBD. Let’s follow this article for the step-by-step procedure.

Firstly, install KT200 software.
Here is one video to follow:

Then, click on “Select Driver”:
Chevrolet (Daewoo) ->Camaro->3.6 V6 24v Bosch Med9.6.2.*CAN.

Turn on the ignition.

Click on “Get ID” and read out the full info on ECU data in the upper right corner.

Click on “Open File” and then “Write File/Recovery”, then wait until writing 100% OK.

Turn the dashboard off and wait (Turn off the ignition).

Alright, have a new ECU with the data writing succeeded by ECUHELP KT200.
