How to do ECUHELP KT200II Bench Box Self-Test?

To ensure your ECUHELP KT200II Bench Box is functioning correctly, follow these simple steps for a self-test:

Step 1: Connect the KT200II ECU programmer, the Bench Box, and your computer.

Step 2: Open the KT200II 2024 software on your computer.

Step 3: Click “Select Driver” in the software.
Go to BENCH MODE > TOOLS BENCH MODE > Test for BENCH BOXES > TEST BENCH BOX V2.
This driver is specifically designed to test Bench Box V.2.

Step 4: Start the Test

Click “OK”, then select “Start Test”.

During the test:
-The relays will be triggered at different speeds
-The red LED will flash several times

Before launching the driver, connect the Bench Box V.2 to the tool and power it through the round jack of the bench box itself or from the round jack of the KT200II tool.
DO NOT connect any control unit during the test.

 

It will pop up “Connect Bench box without ECU and power it”, click “Yes”.

Step 5: Test Completed
Wait for the test to complete. Once the message “Test END” appears, click “Yes” to finalize.
