How to successfully read ACM 2.1 by ECUHELP KT200 ECU programmer?

Starting with a user’s inquiry, he asks whether it is possible to read acm 2.1 using the ECUHELP KT200 ECU programmer. He attempted to do so but was unsuccessful. The KT200 is a new device, and the acm is the first device that he connected. He hopes that the device is not defective but is still unable to determine the problem. Despite connecting the 2 wires for power and 2 for ground, H can and L can as per the manual’s instructions, the user was unsuccessful. Even after removing the jumper from the box, the result was the same.

Solution:
To Read ACM you need to open your device and remove the jumper.

3)I remove it but same result…..
I didn’t have other acm to make experiment and tests. I’m almost sure that acm is working because was plugged from working truck. On the manual is shown to be powered with 12 volts, but truck is 24 volts, maybe I must power it with 24 volts, or 12 is enough?

Answer: get a piece of twisted wire, install 2 /120 Ohm/ termination resistors at the ends, and connect your bus to CAN_L and CAN_H, if you have pr1210 adapter, you can connect to CAN bus and see CAN bus traffic or you can use an oscilloscope for that.
