Solution:
Download the appropriate patch package corresponding to your system architecture.
For 32-bit systems (X86), download “Vc_redist.x86.”
For 64-bit systems (X64), download “Vc_redist.x64.”
Or, you can install both. After installation, restart your computer.
2. “Please close the application and correct your time!”?
For Windows 10 Users:
Let’s start by right-clicking the time displayed at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Choose “Adjust date/time” from the menu.
Now, make sure “Set time automatically” is turned on.
Lastly, click “Sync now” under the ‘Synchronize your clock’ section.
For Windows 7 Users:
Right-click on the time at the bottom right of your screen.
Click on “Adjust date/time”.
This time, go for “Internet time”.
Check the box next to “Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server”.
3. KT200II “Open device error, please re-plug it!”
Solution: Install the drivers in the device manager, if the product is not activated it will not work either.
4. Runtime error.
Solution: Go to www.ecuhelpshop.com “Downloads” section, and download Vc_redist.x86 / Vc_redist.x64.
5. KT200ii won’t work it’s writing Splash?
Solution: Check your internet, Internet is not good.
6. A user reported, “On Windows 7, with the firewall and antivirus off, I have to reinstall and repair every time; when I reboot, the issue reoccurs.” An ECUHELPshop technician recommended installing the KT200II on Windows 10 instead, as it is not advised for use on Windows 7.
Q: Just received my KT200II, quick question does it work under w7?

Q: I am confused.. can you explain to me the difference between ktflash .kt200ii and kt200 Plus. ?
kt200ll is a better tool (standalone) and kt200 plus(also standalone) has better software (like ktflash) it have included file modification, dtc delete, checksum calculator, all inside software.
Kt200 plus have same software as ktflash.
Q: Is KTFLASH and ktplus the same or does different stuff?
A: KTflash dongle and KT200 PLUS are using same software ,and ktflash need work with ScanMatic hardware ,KT200 plus has contained both ktflash dongle and hardware in one interface.
Q: so when I bought KT200 II I received a free KTFLASH dongle and I bought pcmtool. So this has no software and can’t do anything?
A: KTflash dongle can buy licenses as you need,or open annual fee version licenses,KT200 plus only has annual fee version .

the update covers a few ECUs (refer to the attachment).
2. Once you have received these components, visit ecuhelpshop.com and click on the “Downloads” section. Select “ECUHELP KT200 II setup June (new board required)” to download and install.
Please note: The KT200II offline workstation is not yet supported, the online version (KT20oii Full version and KT200II Auto version) is supported.

When I push for info wiring I always have a blanc page on Chrome.
How can I resolve this by having access to the wiring page please?
Answer: You need to go to the actual documents folder within the Kt200 install location. Within the folder left click on any pdf file and choose open with…. Then select your default pdf viewer.
