Used ECUHELP KT200 to write/read Mercedes CDR2 via OBD. When reading, receive an error and display a message to contact support. What is the solution?

In Jtag mode when using KT200 ECUHELP to write/read Mercedes CDR2.
Kit to use:
Rainbow flat cable
Multifunction cable
Please follow the instructions to connect the multifunction cable:
Solder 3 links on the PCB:
Solder the rainbow flat cable on the PCB:
To write and read, use the following driver:
