ECUHELP KT200II User Feedback:
Using the ECUHELP KT200II ECU Programmer, reading and writing the Bosch EDC16C3 ECU on a 2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara was successfully done via BDM mode.
Initial attempt via Bench mode failed.
ECU opening was very difficult due to heat-conductive silicone on one side.
Tip: Start opening from the opposite side to make it easier.
Results:
BDM Read: OK
BDM Write: OK
Checksum: Manually done
DPF off & EGR off: Successful

Alternative Option:
Some KT200II users report that OBD mode can work on Bosch EDC16C3:
“I’ve done this ECU 10 times via OBD. But the car must be coded before starting.”
While OBD is possible, BDM remains more stable and reliable, especially when Bench and OBD modes fail or when checksum correction is needed.
